In her role as Office Administrator, Kathy supports the financial planners to meet client needs and objectives as well as leading the day-to-day management of the paraplanners and client managers.
Her main responsibilities include:
* Overseeing compliance functions
* HR functions including recruitment and career development
* IT management, development and training
* Writing and developing processes for the protection, investment and mortgage teams
* Preparing FCA reports
* Preparing management information
* Day-to-day finance, banking and administration
She consistently reviews the business's future vision, strategy and key objectives whilst building excellent working relationships across all areas of the business to achieve shared goals.
